Skärholmen

The founder of Internationella Engelska Skolan, Ms Barbara Bergström, has emphasised the importance of nutrition in an educational environment for many years.  

The IES Skärholmen dining hall is a fresh and modern open space that can accommodate up to 240 people at a time.

School meal is of course served free of charge.

Breakfast

Breakfast is available for students Tuesday-Friday. There are several options for students to choose from such as sandwiches, cornflakes and other things.

Lunch

Every day we serve at least two main courses for lunch that can be complemented with a salad bar, vegetarian dishes, types of bread and soup.

We offer alternative options for people who have special dietary requirements.

If a special diet is required for medical reasons (ie food allergy or other illness), the special diet and a certificate from a doctor or dietician should be submitted to the school nurse. Guardians are responsible for ensuring that the school always has up-to-date information about the need for any special diet.
