Complaints procedure

If you have complaints about something in school we would love to hear all about it. Here are the staff you should contact:


Complaints about food, graffiti, bathrooms: Reception

Complaints about behavior from student or staff: Mr West

Complaints about academics/teachers: Mr Boyd

If you are not satisfied with how your complaint was received, please contact Principal Ms. Ohlén. If you feel there is still no resolution to the issue, please contact IES Ombudsman, Damian Brunker.
